Lol, can't believe my luck lately, so much going on in my tank.
some of you may know about my sick midas blenny who is still fighting his unknown illness.

Well my beautifull yellow tank i have now noticed has like orange-red streaks in his fins top, sides and back, only thing i have done is changed my lights from 200watt t5 to 300watt halides, just to eliminate this theory, sounds a bit stupid but, its not possible to burn the fish is it? anybody else experience this?

You can definitely burn fish and livestock with the lights. MH is as intense as it gets. If you can, raise the lights a little higher away from the surface of the water, it may help some. You may try putting a little melafix in the water, the aloe in it may help it heal faster.

    Hi,

I have 44 fish. All I can say is that All fish are light sensetive for sure..Mh is a strong light..Try to cut back in light first.Raising them is also a good idea.Give your tang some vitamins with his/her food..

    Good luck
