I've never tried to keep Nudibranches as I have heard that their husbandry issues are very demanding, plus the fact that many of the nudibranches available for sale are are highly specialized feeders, and unless YOU know what it is that yours requires, it will soon die IMO.
I know that some are more hardy than others, but maybe for algae control, try various snails, crabs, a Tang, a Blenny, hermits, and even a Sea Urchin!!!!

Something is shredding my Nudibranches, one by one. I just noticed another shredded one flying around. One left... Everything is perfect, or so I thought. I covered all of my intakes with foam. There should be nothing for them to get hung on. Maybe it's my engineer goby? hmmmmm.....

Unfortunately, this is par for the course with these types of critters. They're very delicate and rarely live long in our tanks. They get sucked into powerheads, overflows, filter intakes...just about everything or they just simply disappear :(

No powerheads in the wild

I don't know really. I would assume that they live in an environment that suits their needs so it all works out.
