    I picked up a Octopus HOB skimmer today, already getting yellow gunk....seems to be a good skimmer. I have not seen many reviews of this skimmer, but the ones I have seen have been great. Anyone know about it?

    Good stuff... this is my second skimmer :(. I got in a fight with my first POS Jebo (btw, please nobody ever buy one!), I won and had to buy a new one, well guess I lost then. Anyway I think I am going to be pleased with this one. ;D

    I have one of these that is going to go by-by here in about a week. I just picked up an old style used ETSS-600 from Tangster that will do a good job. My Jebo is HISTORY!!!!! Soon.

    Yea, I hate those things. When I bought I was not told it was a Jebo(ebay)... :-/

    Good.....I am glad......I have heard lots of good things about the Remora, but not a lot about the Octopus. What model is it?
