I bought a odyssea uv light and it calls for a 600 to 700 gph pump I have a 300 gph pump on it now. I have read that you need the water to be exposed to the light for a longer period and most higher priced uv lights call for a 200 gph pump if I recall. Do you guys think I should order a bigger pump or turn my 300 gph pump down?

hmmm...sure its GPH and not LPH? 700 gph seems like WAY too much. they are a chinese manufacturer so it could very well be Liters.

Most uv sterilizers I've seen give a rating of the max flow it can handle. So it could be up to 700 gph.
