    Hello! My name is Merritt and co-run the Captive Aquatics blog with Michael Maddox. I have a bachelors degree in marine biology and am working on getting into graduate school to pursue my PhD. I would like to focus my studies on coral reef ecology with a large percentage of my research being on conservation and aquaculture. Regarding aquarium systems, I am currently working on setting up a 540 gallon system for my T. mbu puffer and plan on putting up pics of my progress. Glad to be here! ;D
