    The Gibb's spider crab is a really weird looking crab and really, really rare. You will not find this crab at the local fish store. The curator of the Cornwall Aquarium had to go back to "Edwardian and Victorian times" to find any records of the Gibb's spider crab. This one pictured is the first one seen since 1912 and was recently pulled up by a fisherman and donated to Newquay's Blue Reef Aquarium. If you happen to be in Cornwall, please check it out and send pics!

    I saw a thread on one of the forums once where someone found this as a hitchhiker in their tank!! crazy huh? probably one in a million chance of that happening!
