has anyone had much luck with the
Orange Telesto - Telesto fruticulosa, Non-Photosynthetic Gorgonians?? i placed a order with reef cleaners (which was a very good deal, they are great) and i ordered one of the penny Gorgonians. it looks really good, it has a lot of little poloyps that come out. i know that they eat small meaty food, it seems to be eating when i feed it. i have gave it crushed up formula one food mixed with a little phytoplankton.. i need some more ideas on food and care.. are fresh hatched brine to big? thanks for your help and advice

i have 4 gorgonians and a carnation coral in my tank, all of which I have had for at least 3 years. I keep my corals well fed and feed 3 times per week alternating with live baby brine shrimp, frozen cyclops, Tropic Marin Pro-Coral Phyton and TM Pro-Coral Zooton. As the names suggests TM phyton is a photo plankton like product and Zooton is a zooplankton like food product for corals. I have noticed greater polyp extension and more pods etc. in my tank since I started feeding the Pro Coral foods.

do gorgonians shed ther skin?? mine was doing good (i thought) and them it looked like it swelled up, the next few days none of the polyps opened and then it started to shed. Now the spots that are new are alot brighter orange and have way more polyps. i was just wondering if this was normal
