Hello Lad &Gents: Is it a good idea to buy corals from online store? If yes, would you please name one or two with good price anf healthy stocks.

Also, any good combo testing kit that also measures Ca, Magnesium, etc.,?

I've had good luck ordering cleanup crews online before (snails/hermits/starfish/pods/macro algae) but I've only ordered some yellow polyps and some mushrooms online. Both were nice, but personally I like to look at the corals I buy, before we buy them. I only have 2 lfs that are both over a hour away and 1 about 2.5 hrs away that I go to that I buy most of our corals from. Looking at all the specimens of the same type and figuring out where it will go and what size you want to buy is part of the fun, Instead of an online store just sending you an item you haven't seen before.

As for supplies such as equipment/salt/lights/carbon/additives and all the things you actually use on an ongoing basis I order all that online since I can get it much cheaper than in any lfs in my area.
