I picked this guy up at vivid this weekend. we have seen it in the back for a month or so where it was kept by itself. Its by far one of the coolest triggers we've ever seen. He told us it was supposed to be one of the most aggressive triggers out there but has been pretty good so far. I believe its called a orange line trigger.

Congratulations on the new trigger. Definitely different and beautiful. IMOPE, a lot of aggressive species will remain more peaceful if given enough free space and rockwork, and kept well-fed with a healthy, varied diet. Hopefully that will be the case for you. :)

    That's an Undulate Trigger.

Awesome fish! Def one of the coolest in my opinion.

I had one about 18 years ago as my first saltwater fish!

I kept mine alone as their reputation precedes them as potentially the most aggressive trigger.

You may have quite a tricky time finding good tank mates...

I look fwd to seeing more of him and the tank, Good luck!

I got a picasso once, but traded him right back in when I found out he would eat my royal urchin. That was about a year ago.
Now, I'd consider him again and let him eat the urchin if he does!
HOwever, I already have 10 mostly samll fish in my 125, 38 diff. species of coral, yadda, yadda.

But one of my fish is a royal blue tang- over 7inches atm.
I think those triggers get big, lots of bioload for one fish.

    Beautiful fish btw
