Overflow noise - easy fix

I posted a while back that I set up a refugium and today I got an overflow box. I have read several times that they are loud and in the first 20 mins it drove me bananas. So, as an easy fix, I found a bottle cap that fit snug over the drain pipe, drilled a few holes in and worked like a charm, quiet as can be. I figured I would share this and hope it helps.
