I have my 75 gal up and going now, just added in fish a weekish ago, and looking at possible clean up crews, and I found this one, oh and they also cost 200$ do you guys think its worth the cost? Also I dont think there will be enough waste.. or much or anythign for these guys to eat or clean so how long should I wait before I add these guys in? I have a yellow and blue tang with a watchman gody.

    It consist of..

    60 - Blue Legged Hermits
    10 - Red Scarlet Hermit
    20 - Astrea Snails

I found that the Quick crews seemed to cost about 1/3 more than to pick what you want.

I would cut back on your crabs and add to the amount of snails you have.

Why so many hermits? I have a few because I find them interesting to watch, but they are not particularly useful as a cleanup crew IME. They are opportunists too. A few is fine, but that many could cause issues. They will steal food from corals, anemones etc... I have 3 or 4 in my 93g. really you could get rid of all the hermits and cut the snail order in half. If you go with that many snails most will end up starving as they consume the algae, unless your tank is a disaster, but even then, eventually, there probably won't be enough food. The only benefit to having so many is they will clean up your tank faster, but will die off as the food runs out.

I have also decided to add:

    - (1) Fuzzy Chiton
    - (2) Limpets
    - (2) Cheato w/ Pods
    - (2) 5 Red Mangroves

    With that, my total came to $60.77 + s & h.

Most don't ship to Canada, however John from reefcleaners was working on a distribution outlet in Canada a few months back I'd contact him.;)
