I would get the 60 degree lenses since you tank isnt that deep and would definatly go with two possibly even three for a tank that size. they last running at ten hours a day like 7-8 years and are worth every penny in energy cost.

What are your tank dimensions? I have three over my 30 gallon breeder (36x18x12). I like how it looks.

Sorry, but I'd agree 3 x 60 degree PAR 30s. The bulb can last 10+ years, although it will loose some light output. They key is keeping it cool, so, good airflow around it will help extend the life.

I'm going to go with 2 60* and 1 40* par30 over my 29g tank. I'm not sure on the dimensions of a 26 bf tank, but I know you're going to need at least 2. par30s.
