    its free. just set it up put your bank account and a credit card on there then they have to verify by sending your account a couple cents then you have to reply the exact amount and your verified. very safe and secure

    Kind of a PITA getting it set up initially, but after that it's SUPER easy and convenient to use. Almost a must-have for ebay transactions. Very little downside, really.

    I agree, though keep in mind Ebay owns paypal. Also if you want to accept credit card payments thru them they will make you upgrade to a buisness account with the associated transaction fees.

    You can have it for free. But on free account you can transfer only $500 per month. If you transaction more than 5 times a month then you should go for Premium Account.
