When is the last time you opened up the windows and aired out the house? How much surface aggitation do you have?

Fwiw, my reef has been running between 7.72 and 7.95 on a daily basis. I just recalibrated two probes so this is tested with both a pinpoint and RKE. Been freaking out cause I feel it should be in the 8.1-8.2 range, but I just cannot get it there. I have a very large skimmer (mrc2) and plenty of surface agitation in boththe sump and the tank. my sump is even in teh garage with a constant supply of oxygen (garage door open for extended periods of time. I even put an air stone and that didnt help at all.

My KH was lower than ti shoudl have been but even now with it at 9.3 on teh salifert kit, and my Ca at 430, this is what I get. so long as you dont have massive swings, dont sweat the 7.7

have tried aerating a bit? when i setup my 60 in my basement my ph kept staying at 7.5. i threw a powerhead with an air line and overnight went right to 8 and has stayed fairly stable since. my two cents...
