If PH fluctuates throughout the day, for some who suffer from low ph when it lowers say to 7.6 is this a danger to the tank or do the fish adjust to this drop at that time of day?

How are you testing your pH?? With a calibrate probe or test kit?

If the ph fluctuates drasticly(sp), thats not good. If its done over a period of time, I believe they can adjust to it. My ph has been known to go from 8.0(day) to 7.6(night) without any effects. But it typically stays between 7.8(night) to 8.0(day). Ph must be test always at the same time to get an acturate(sp) reading. Luna
