Pharmr, in a month you have to post a new thread showing us how much your corals have improved being under t5's and your satisfaction with them. Love the lights and im kinda jealous now!

I think the most important part of this upgrade was knowing Mickey still has his throne. It's good you didn't have to displace the mouse John.

    My thoughts exactly!!!!
Me too, I am wondering if they are at the post office and need to be signed for. I may head down there tomorrow. Or......maybe Craig sent those parcel post. Which would be OK too......

    ....yes it does....

Just took apart my POS Odyssea PC fixture (4x65W). Going to slowly work on converting this to a T5 set up with a retrofit. Shouldn't be too hard. I am thinking about doing a 2x54W and overdrive it to 80W each. What am I going to do with it? I might just get myself a 33g long or a 40g long. Either one would be given adequate light with the fixture.......

I left my Teks running with only the two bulbs for about 12 hours today and it was a little long for a few of the corals. Even with that few bulbs running, the intensity of the light is enough to stress my babies if left on too long.
