    A type of feather duster, or tube worm.. IMO

    Harmless filter feeders.. You will have them pop up, live for awhile, and be gone..
    They are just a part of liverock.. When you buy corals on frags you get a few most of the time..
    I think when you see them, your waters doing good and all is well..
    They do help filter your water in a small way.. They don't get big.. And are good..

    I think thats what they are, maybe someone else can see them better.

    Those look more like vermetid snails to me but I can't be sure w/o a close up picture.
