I bought the via-aqua. I didn't like it, it was very difficult to disassemble and felt pretty cheap overall, I didn't trust the hose connections on it either, maybe some people don't mind that sort of thing but I couldn't stand it. I got a bulkreefsupply reactor and am much happier with it, much sturdier and is easy to take the canister off with the supplied wrench.

Just my experience, your mileage may vary! :)

I also bought the via-aqua and wasn't thrilled about it. It is a good price, but you get what you pay for. It did feel cheap and I wasn't sure about the quality. I had a hard time getting the hose nuts at the top to seal and had to keep an eye for leaking. I ended up getting the media reactor from bulk reef as well and am very pleased with it and their service. I think that it would work for you though if you want to go that route.
