I have a 20l w/20g sump 5g refug. All my water tests were fine
    Ammo 0, nitrite0, nitrate 0-10ppm, phos 0, ph 80-82, cal 450, iodine 002, mag 1350,
    Strontium 10,...
My toadstool started to not open it's polyps and is now limp.

Also my mushroom looks not as good as it did?
I tested my water and got a phos 5ppm reeding?
    Where did it come from?
Ihave not changed my schedule for cleanings
    And water changes.
    Why me ???????

Are you having algae issues? phosphates don't directly hurt corals or fish.

If your corals are wilting, check other things. Recheck all of your other parameters. Ever used any copper in this tank? Do you have rock or sand or any decor that has been in a tank that used copper? How old are your light bulbs? Is there stuff coming off of your toadstool? Leather corals often shed their mucus layer and will close up for a while and look limp. Just trying to get as much info as possible/rule out all of the odds and ends that could be wrong.

The mushrooms are expelling its guts basically....they do that when they are dying, something has bothered them, or something is too close to them and stinging them. Is anything close to the mushroom. What fish do you have in your tank....I would bet something is nipping at your corals which would cause everything to look like that. Phosphates I would say came in with your water...are you using RO/DI, are you getting it from a LFS..might be time to change their filter!
