I was thinking maybe Panther Grouper ;D

In all seriousness, not much can go in there. Maybe a Yasha or Clown Goby. IMO, I would get a nice Blood Red Fire Shrimp or Skunk Cleaner Shrimp.

i beleive certain gobies are the only fish that would fit in that small a tank, neon goby, clown goby, panda goby. but probably no more than one could fit comfortably. maybe a clown goby and a couple sexy shrimp, that would look very nice.

sure your clowns lived, but under bad conditions. a single clown should be kept in nothing under 10 gallons, make that a clown pair and probably no less than 15-20 gallons. there is no way a clown would fair well in a 4 gallon tank. with such a small tank your pretty much stuck with gobies.

i have the same tank and have a harlequin shrimp in there. I do frequent water changes especially in the weeks that he is feeding, but he is doing very well in there.

I would recommend whatever you put in there you get the aqua-spin nozzle for the tank. We have noticed that there are a lot of dead spots without it
