Does anyone know how to take pictures under 452nm blue LEDs? The blue spectrum messes up the camera and I cant get a clear shot.

    What camera do you have?

If you are shooting under blues only and not many you may not have enough light for the camera to focus properly.

Just using the camera on my Samsung GS3, but even my cannon powershot cant get it. I want to know how I see pictures of coral, all black background with all the brilliance of the colors captured.

Try setting your white balance as high as you can when shooting under the blues. If that fails don't shoot under the blues or use a post production program like Lightroom or Photoshop.

My DSLR has problems with the blues and I have to set white balance as high as Lightroom and Photoshop allow. If you have a SX50 or one of the most recent G series shoot in RAW mode and use DPP to process the pictures.

Those are normally shot with a DSLR and then processed in photoshop to remove all background color.

I just got lightroom about a month ago. Not real familiar with it, I guess I could mess around with it. I don't want to alter the colors; just capture them how they look to me.
