Pinnatus Batfish

    So at my LFS I saw a Pinnatus batfish; IMO it's one of the nicest fish I've ever seen. One question though; If they have something as nice as this, why not purple firefish???

    Because they probably don't get either in on a regular basis.

    actually that was a rhetorical question lol but they get batfish from time ti time; never purple firefish though

    Then they either sell more batfish than they do purple firefish, or they don't have access to purple firefish through their wholesalers. Which fish they stock gonna be a matter of economics, given that they have no problem screwing their customers.
