    I'm still on the side of "buying copepods is a ripoff". They multiply so easily and are in everyones tanks! Your on the out skirts of MA so it may be a little harder to find someone locally, but there are plenty on people in boston that have reef tanks. I'm sure if you search craigslist, you can find someone close by. Yo could even put an ad up requesting some chaeto locally.

    ok thanks. ya i just got a cup and put some pods in the dt to see what would happen. and the clowns demolished them it was pretty funny. also my clowns laid eggs and one just hatched in broad daylight so i can see the little baby swimming around on the surface which is really cool

    ok so im already seeing a big improvement in the nimber of pods in my tank since the sixline has died. i see both copepods and isopods( i think there isopods they have a bunch of legs and are about 2 mm long) anyway i just wanna make sure that mandarins eat them

    Thats why I never got a 6 line wrass. They are supposed to be as good at catching pods as mandarins are and my mandarin is definitely a cooler fish.

    i just wanna make sure mandarins eat isopods because i got back froma 3 day trip and now there everywhere thanks in advance

    They eat the baby ones... But they r mostly out at night so it's hard for a mandarin to find them in the day

    dang ok thanks ya cuz i have a ton of big ones but i am seeing more copepods and i can see them on the glass even during the day
