I found the Red Sea brand at Marine Depot, Foster and Smith, and Aqua Cave.

    La Motte's has one too.

You might be able to order it from Zeovit.com. It appears to be available overseas only.

The red sea brand for potassium kits is a very long and involved process that is easy to screw up. Takes about a half hour to complete it and its still not nearly as accurate as this salifert is claimed to be.

I've used the Zeovit test kit. It is relatively simple but difficult to read. The colour variance is really dependant of ambient light

Jason and Grim great info. Who wants to play chemist for 1/2 hour when you can mess it up easily. Sounds like you could nuke your house if you aren't careful.

Our club bought the reef foundations Red Sea kit containing potassium, iron, and strontium test kits. Needless to say it hasnt been in high demand from folks in the club. I have had it at my house for months now. I have only used the K test, and yes it is long, but its more about just waiting not actually doing steps for 20 minutes. you have to wait 5 minutes for one step and 10 for another, but just like anything else, you do it a few times, and it's pretty simple. I seem to keep decent levels in my tank, but still dose brightwells supplement every 3 weeks or so.

My issue is A.D.D. I kept getting distracted during test phases and I felt that made the tests less accurate. It's just an involved process that has a lot of opportunity for inconsistencies in testing procedures.
