You don't need to make it perfect in the tank in terms of the flow direction. Just get the water moving and minimize dead spots. I would have one of the powerheads pointed towards the surface. Take a look at my tank in my thread and you will see where I put my Koralias. One on each side of the tank pointed towards center and down a bit. It varies from tank to tank. There is no steadfast rule. You can have one pointed toward the back of the tank and one towards the front. That will create circular flow. Just play with it when you get it in.

And with the bubbles.......I would turn the bubbles off. The surface agitation is more than enough to create a good environment for gas exchange. And you don't have so many bubbles in your tank impeding vision. JMO.

It just depends on your tank. Fiddle with it and see what works for your tank, your coral placement, your rock placement, etc. Don't point it directly on the sandbed as it will disrupt the layering and might trigger a minicycle. I have done that a few times. Those Koralias, you will fine, are really, really versatile. I love 'em.

I have a 16 gallon bow. I have an AC70 flow down the middle of the tank, and a Hydor in the top right corner, angled slightly down. I am gonna get another Hydor.. I was thinking of getting a hydor nano, and putting it on the opposite corner near the botton to create a circular flow around my rock structure. Any other suggestions?
