prizm skimmer

thanks. I think I'll go with the coralife, I've heard many great things about it. Is it noisy?

 

hey nemo, i've got the coralife superskimmer 125, overall i suppose its a good product (i don't have any personal experience with any other skimmer)... i had problems with mine, mainly because i bought a used unit as a new one, without knowing it... but i finally got it all taken care of, my only true complaint is that the adjustment is just plain weird... i could let it run, and it would skim just a little bit for a day, half a day, or whatever, and then, in 5 minutes, water would be shooting through the top of the collection cup! in my experience, sometimes, just barely touching the knob makes a difference between the cup filling within seconds, or it not skimming AT ALL... but once i find that sweet spot, its a great skimmer
