    I have like 2" clay 2" live sand.. I have a bunch of mangroves in it, and Caulerpa (grows like wild fire and pruning makes a tasty treat for my tang). I have a few snails and hermits that travel around from chamber to chamber keeping it clean, and an engineer goby (safe haven because he was picked on REALLY bad when i first got him, and now is 3 times the size he was)..

    Well I finally got my refugium built. Here it is getting the leak test:

    And here it is installed next to the sump:

    Next step is a deep sand bed using a mixture of clay mud and oolitic sand.
