Let me see if i can shed some light for ya...

What it eats..frozen foods, shrimp, krill. and fish... or i use frozen Marine cuisine for Carnivores, My Valentini puffer loves that stuff... Along with Marine Flake food.

Whats the minimum tank size..?? 20 gal or (76L)

WHats the max size it will grow...?? 3.9 inch (10 cm)

Is it reef safe..?? Well may nip at inverts of all kinds .. Mine loves to nip and the trunks of nasarius snails.. i have no Shrimp so i am not sure if it will go for them. So it doesnt mean it's not on the menu..

    I hope this helps...

P.s. Here's a thread link with a stack of small puffers listed with size and so on...

well i did some short research and i would say you could keep it in a 20 gallon, but a 30 is probably better. they aren't good with inverts or corals. they eat any meaty substance (which means you'll need a skimmer) probably feed a little everyday or every two days. have some live rock for it to pick at. may nip at other fish but unlikely unless crowded. won't get along with other puffers. probably will find one for 25 to 30 dollars.
    good luck :)
