i knew a guy who was middle man for reptiles, he had a 9 ft alligator that lived in an indoor pool, there were 4 turtles who lived in the pool with him that he wouldnt eat. any thing else that went in the pond was devoured almost immediately including other turtles, and once even the guys poor dog,but he would never eat those 4 turtles..
i guess what i'm saying is you never know but odds are you'd go through al whole lot of inverts to find those 4 he wouldnt eat

ive got a GSP im turning him to a semi reef once i get the money. Its very risky to put them with inverts as in the nature that is what they feed on to shave down their teeth. My puffers tank will be "semi reef" because no inverts, so i will be doing all the cleaning. I plan to keep his tank as simple as possible and the plans are to have a jungle of xenia

yup especially since my main focus is the 46, i'll be usuing all base rock, maybe buying 10 or 20lbs lr, no skimmer or anything, just a mj1200, rock for filteration, me for cleaning, and simmple 2 bulb odyssea lighting, and just watching the feedings and regular w.c. with using the water from my 46 and im set. He's in a 20T all by himself, a little small but it works, my 46 was originally meant to be a FOWLR for my puffer and a few other aggressive fish, but i decided i wanted to go reef

how is your puffer's tank setup rwill? just curius :D i love these little guys
