Well i bought 2 stalks of pulsing xenia off of this guy from craiglist.
He also threw in some mushrooms and green star polyps.
Well he didnt give me them in live rock or anything, just by the coral.
Any advice how I should start sticking them? Green star polyps look like purple paper because he took them out of the rocks.

Advice on how to set them up please :] And I have no glue at the moment

Rubberband them to rocks or place them in a container with coral rubble, drape a netting over it and place it in your tank. In about a week, they should attach.

I use a little fish breeder container that has slits in both sides and the top. I pour in a handful of larger reef "gravel" and throw in the frags. Put them in a calm corner of your tank and they will settle to the bottom and attach themselves to the pebbles. After a week they should attach to the little pebbles and you can glue the pebbles to bigger rocks in your tank. This trick works well on my Taro tree buds and when I cut mushrooms! Good Luck!

No prob, you can either use some rubber bands and attach them to frag plugs being careful not to put the rubber bands on too tightly.
Or the method that I prefer would be to get one of those Glad disposable containers, disperse some coral rubble/fragments of live rock in the container, you can even use some crushed coral/ frag discs in the container.
Then, you get some type of netted material, either an old fish net or media bag etc and secure it over the glad container so that the tiny frags don't blow away and get lost in the aquarium. Place the container in an area of low flow in your display tank so that the frags have a chance to attach. In about 1-2 weeks, they should all attach securely.

This should work better than the glad container. Just place it in an area of low flow.

okay well, so far uhm, I just placed the green star polyp paper pieces gently on a rock where there is low flow, would this work untill I buy my self some glue? Also for Xenias, I kinda took the rocks and put the Xenias roots the bottom part between the rocks to hold them. Is this safe?

The green star polyps would probably work better if you could rubberband them loosely to a rock. You don't want them to float away or fall off. The Xenias should work as long as they stay put as well.
