Pump for the sump

    Im building a sump for my 29 gallon biocube. Te overflow box I'm using is Eshopps Nano Overflow, which has a max GPH of 200. For the return pump, I was going to use the Mag 3. Which definitely does over 200. I found a ball valve on marine depot that can limit the GPH to 200. That'll keep the water distribution even. But with the valve, will it still be enough pressure to bring the water up from the stand to the Biocube?
