Pure Float Float Valve

    I bought one of these float valves and well, I've got a question. If I install this it means I have to leave my ro/di on all the time and the waste water will justa-keep-on pumpin....right? or does this turn that off too? my ro/di came with the cut off valve, but the waste water doesn't go through that......:confused::confused:

    Can't believe no one answered this one. That white thing you have is an auto shut off valve. When your water in your sump rises to the level that cuts off the float the system builds up pressure since the water flow is still on. The shut off valve realizes this and shuts off ingoing water and waste water.

    You leave your RO on all the time and the shut off valve either lets the sytem get water or cuts it off.

    Make sense?
