I have to agree... they are awesome but at that price I would think twice.... Maybe they are less in Spain? I doubt it though 'cause everything is more expensive in Europe.... BIG BUMMER!!!!

the funny thing is they have been around a long time, i think the original owners wife named them. Then some great marketing came along and the rest is history

They do look cool, but if you take a step back and look at the big picture, they are just a color morph of zoas. I have similar looking zoas that I got for free, they aren't "true" PH though.

im yself am more interested in the outline and body of a coral. thats why i like plain corals because they have great physical features not colors. but zoas are all around cool.

Well of course, there beautiful. But I would never pay 300+ per polyp, that's just insanity.

There's another one that has a pink ring. I think they call it the devils aura or something, now that is a nice looking zoa.

Wow I guess Colorado must be on the cutting edge for these. I got some awhile ago 5 heads for about $20. There are a lot of myths out there about them. first they grow faster than one head per month. They do take much longer to acclimate and start multiplying than some other zoas, but when they do they take off like other zoas. The biggest problem with them is getting an aquacultured frag of them. Not many people are fragging them and the wild ones don't adjust well to an aquarium. The person I got mine from said his melted away within a month and mine did the same.

If thats true, thats not worth $40-$50 per polyp IMO
