question for mantis owners

I have a question should i stack my lr in my mantis tank all in the corner so there is alot of open sand bed or should I just stack it like a normal tank. which way would be best for the mantis and for my veiwing. thank you

 

They don't spend a whole lot of time out in the open. Mine likes to cruise around in the rocks.

 

not even at night?

and will a moon light effect his night time activites

 

mines the same. will go walkabout every now and then , but mostly in the rocks.

 

Mine locks himself in his den at night and goes to sleep. Moonlight shouldn't affect anything.

Some are. Go here and find the species you're interested in and see if it is.

It said both day and night

 

You should still be fine with moonlights then.
