Question on bulb placement

    So i just received my lights and bulbs. Does it matter which order i place my bulbs in the light fixture.

    light is a 36" 4x39 t5 ho tek light

    bulbs are:

    39W ATI aquablue
    39W ATI blue plus
    Actinic white UV lighting
    ATI 39W blue plus

    Doesn't really matter for functionality.

    You may notice a difference in coloring on your rock work by how far a certain bulb is from the rocks. You can just switch them around until you see a difference, or maybe you wont.

    Does this fixture have 2 switches? Mine has two switches, one that controls the first and third light and one for the second and fourth. I have 2 acintics on one and 3 10k on the other. I turn on the acintics an hour before the 10k's and leave them on an extra hour to simulate a sunrise/sunset. If you have 2 switches you can put your softest 2 on one and the brightest 2 on the other.

    what do you mean by how the bulbs look? do you mean the brightness?

    don't have it up on the tank yet, i just had my dad hold the light over the tank so i could have a quick viewing. I know nothing about bulbs, but i think they all looked nice and i at least think it looked pretty bright :D I hope to get pictures up by next weekend if i get my light up and laptop back. So hopefully that will help you. Sorry i'm not much help right now
