    have mu 150 gallon set up just added the salt two days ago,i was wondering,my salt is a little low,would it be alright to go ahead a add the sand to my tank,the sand is aralive carribean fine sand.

    How low is low? Yes it is okay to start adding the sand to begin your cycle process. But you should get your salt level up as soon as possible. Especially before adding fish.

    Seriously? Why would you wait to add sand? I put my sand in first and then rock and then water. Will the cycle process kill live sand? If so, OOps.

    The cycle process wouldn't kill the live sand. The live sand actually helps initiate and boost the nitrogen cycle.

    I meant more if your param are off with water and such. Can you kill live sand with low salt and such?
