I was wondering if these fish are compatible with each other.
    1. Ocellaris clownfish
    2. Regal Blue Tang
    3. Moorish Idol
    4. Royal Gramma
    5. Blacktail Humbug
    6. Yellow Tang

And I need to know what gallon tank I would need in order to have them live comfortably.

They probably would all get along, but if your even going to try an Idol, they really should be in a species only tank. Not trying to be rude so don't take it that way, but if you're having to ask these questions you are no where near being able to attemp a moorish idol.
For them all, I would say at least 200-250 gallons. But again, thats mostly because of the idol ;) Ditch that from the list and a 120 or so would do.

As long as the tangs don't get to full size, you could get away with a 90. I have a hippo myself and plan on trading it in when it gets too big. There are a few fish I am doing that with. My red coris wrasse is one that will get 15 inches. Once it gets to 8 or 9, I am going to start over with a new juvi (or maybe something else....who knows).
