I got a BTA today and am drip acclimating it, can't find any info on if I should keep my lights off for a day or two or if a short schedule would be okay, or only actinic etc. Any help will be appriciated.

Agreed- Your nem will acclimate itself. If your lighting is substantially greater than what it's accustomed to, it may go under a rock for a few days. Even then, you'll want to leave it alone and keep everything normal; two things they don't like are changes in their environment and being moved.
