I am adding a couple more LED's to my setup. The "thermal Pads", how do I attached these to the LED to the heatsink? It is mildly sticky on one side but not on the other. Can I used superglue? Thanks in advance

Not sure what type of led you are using, is a little foam type pad you are talking about? some are for electrical isolation and other are to aid in heat transfer. As far as mounting it I like to drill and tap the heat sink if you cant do that there is a thermal glue/epoxy that you can use. Either way that pad should have been peel and stick and the sticky would go to the bottom of the led. If the glue has dried up some of that spray glue to fix head liners in a car would work think its call dap 77 but dont quote me on the name

Sounds like it, but then why even use a thermal pad, seems kinda pointless if ya still need thermal adhesive!?? Weird!

No kidding. In one of their packages, it just has these in lieu of the thermal adhesive but they changed their site and less information is available. I just don't want to adhere it incorrectly and blow something out!

I just found a post saying these had "double sided tape". The one side is not sticky at all
