Radion program

Have anyone experience in programming this light?
I ordered one and a friend who have it told me if you program light and for example during night you manually switch on, automatically program done is deleted and you are obliged to reprogram again.
It is like all data are not stored in a fixed memory......

 

I have a Radion gen2 and I really don't understand the situation... I program my light once and I don't mess with it again until I feel like changing the setting for whatever reason.

How you programed the light, with computer using USB port? It appears he is turning the light on an off manually or that the setting for manually overwrite is selected on the setup page.

 

Is it possible to have two different programs? So you use one for manually switch on off light?

 

That I don't know but, there's the Radion is ready to be used out of the box without programing. What your friend want to do is: make sure that he can't overwrite the program manually, this will allow anyone to touch the buttons and make changes temporally. After the light is turn off it will come up at the programed time and all will be fine.

One thing I notice is that after my light go off at night the setting I have available at night are night modes and during the days are day modes but that is only if I use the buttons on the Radion manually.
