Rainbow-ish stingers?

So I was doing my weekly tank cleanup when I noticed my frogspwn had fell off of his perch. I put him back up but them like 5 minutes later (now) he has these weird rainbow/green/red stinger tentacles out.....??????
What are they? Regular stingers are usually clear...right?

Even with the DSLR it would take forever to get a shot where the colors come out. The rainbow things are extremely difficult to see even with your own 2 eyes...

 

Any clue what it is??
It is mostly red and green

No.......I know what that looks like...this is not the case here
I seemed to have found the cause...still do not know what it is though
So I guess when it fell the tip of one of the tentacles on the frogspwn broke off. It seems to be hanging off.
This stringy green/red stuff is coming out of the spot that the tear is. Should I do anything or just let it be?
My gut is telling me just to leave it bacuase it seems to be opening back up...what do you all think?

their tenticals fall off easy. I was sucking up a piece of mysis shrimp with the turkey baster and got too close to my frog spawn and it sucked a tentical right off. its happend a few times, but its always fine again after a few minuts
