I have a very large rbta that has been moving around the tank a lot today. I last saw the tank 90 min ago and just now saw that it had been sucked up against the powerhead. I unplugged the powerhead and it seems to be coming off the powerhead on it's own. The foot doesn't look damaged.
Should I pull it from the tank now and put it in a tote over night to see if it's ok/healthy? Or just let it back o. The rock in my DT?

whatever you do don't pull it out of the powerhead let it come out on its own. once its out place it on a rock in the DT and leave the flow off for at least I would say an hour maybe 2 and hopefully it will reattach to the rock

I had this happen recently to my gbta he got sucked in over night, no idea how long he was like that but I found pieces of him all over the tank, long story short I placed him on a rock and shut the flow off so he didn't get blown around, with in a few hours he was attached to the rock...he hasn't moved since, I don't think he dares lol

I took the unplugged powerhead off the side of the tank and set in on some rocks. I see some of the tentacles (or tips of tentacles) of the rbt have been severed and fell onto the rock.
There looks to be an opening (butt?) on the center underside of the foot of the rbt. I can see it moving slowly (fast for a rbt) off the powerhead and onto the rock

I'm looking at that opening on the bottom and it looks like a wound. I'm guessing that if they can live through people slicing them I two to split them it should be able to live through this though right?

well I certainly wouldn't sell it now until it recovers, and yes it should pull through so long as you have good water quality

I have 2 others. I'll just sell him one of those. I am just wanting to get down to only 1.

It's totally off the powerhead and on the rock. Not firmly attached but crawling across it. Before I go to bed is there anything I should do to try to keep my clowns from it? They host in all 3 of the rbt that I have (used to have 9 and these clowns would spend time in all of them)
Not sure exactly what I could do to keep them from the rbt. I have a little spawning net box I maybe could place over the injured rbt

I would say to use the box to cover the injured nem only problem is if he decides to move during the night (which I doubt) he could get caught up in the box but I would still give it a try it would give him the best shot of keeping the clowns away
