you will love that 3.3 very solid truck lots of parts. I the baby verson of it and also a Savage 4.6 have tried to break parts on it and never have took it off a 8 foot jump launched it in the air 12-15ft and hit the gound solid and kept on running. crazy fun toy makes me want to clean mine up talking about them. only part i hate about nitro is the fact that the smoke stinks and sticks to the clothes.

I've owned gas rc cars and planes, but with the new batteries and motors, battery powered is the way to go IMO. Although I think it is awesome to learn to run gas powered, its really fun for awhile, but can get annoying. Enjoy it, I kinda still wish I didn't sell my last gas powered plane. I just nose dived my bi plane into the ground a few weeks ago and trashed it.:( enjoy the hobby! Its just as expensive, lol

The electrics are fun but I really like the sound and smell of a nitro. Ran an older OFNA 4WD and a couple of electric Traxxes. For nitro get yourself an electric starter(like an electric screwdriver type) instead of the pull start, I really hated the pull starter!

very true, there is just something alot cooler about gas powered than battery, but battery is def easier, each has there own niche;)

So, I finally got the revo going. Didn't know it at the time but I got it with an upgraded motor, LRP Z28.r. Holy crap, this truck is insane. I took it out on my block last night only to have my neighbors from all around come out and watch like 5 year olds on Christmas morning. One even brought me a beer. New hobby? Oh yeah. ;D

Nice, the revo is a very fun rig. Great for bashing around. If you are looking for increased durability look into RPM products. They are some of the most durable out there. Often at the similar price as oem. Their guarantee is top notch. If you can break an rpm part they will replace it free ( you pay shipping ).
    Those Trenchers are great tires.
