red mithrax crab?

Went to my LFS for pet food tonight...always a mistake when I've got an few extra dollars...well, I came home with a little red crab for the FOWLR. He came in with an order of mithrax crabs and they really had no idea what he was. So, $3.00 later I was the proud owner of a little red ? crab. He looks just like a mithrax, but red, with red/white striped legs. I'll try to get a good pic in the morning and post it. Anybody seen or heard of these little guys?

Yes, there is such a thing as a red Mythrax, butI don't think they have white stripes on their legs. I'll be able to tell you more when you put up your pic.

 

Boy, it's hard to get pics of this little guy..he loves to hide...not sure if these will post good, they were kinda fuzzy...

In about every order of Mithrax crabs we get about 1 out of 10 or so is a red one.
