Alright, I'm gonna do it! I finally got the guts to place my order with Reefcleaners. I'm pretty excited! The lil' guys should show up on Thursday. I'll let you all know when they arrive and I'll probably post some pictures (because I love to).

    I hope everything goes well!

P.S. I'm not ordering as many lil' guys as John suggested. Although I know he suggested a correct amount, I just don't think I, personally, can handle that many snails and things in my tank! :p

Question: Now that I'm filling out the order form, I'm wondering about the snails...I don't have much algae in my tank, and most of the snails don't eat meat...so aren't they going to starve?

you cant really see most of what they are eating. when i first placed my order, at the time, lots of folks were telling me i would see dramatic die off. that never happened.

following johns advise, i ordered something like 120 total snails for my 55 and ended up putting in around 200. there have been some casualties here and there, but no die off.

i have not seen a spec of algae in my tank in something like 10 or 11 months and the CuC still carries on...

i think you will be fine.

    Okay, cool. Thanks everybody!

I didn't order as many as he said because I couldn't handle that many snails in my tank lol, but I did order some. I'm especially excited for the meat eating snails!! Fun!

I'll let you all know when they arrive.

I was about to place my order but I would have to ship express which is a 26.00 charge for me living in Cali is there a cheaper way or a person or place like reefcleaners on the west coast?

Congrats kcbrad! You wont be disappointed with the order cause I've had one order already and the service and quality/price is superior to other places. I will def. be going back to make another order with John soon.

The price on the shipping is hard to digest but I ordered from reefcleaners and had an awesome experience. The order was perfect and everything acclimated well and is doing just fine. John knows his stuff and won't steer ya wrong and in retrospect the shipping is worth it now for everything being alive and doing fine after a month and half now. Hopefully someone can answer your question about a supplier somewhere closer to the west coast.
