Has anyone ordered from them? I was thinking about it when I get rid of my dinos, a bug cleanup crew from them to make my tank look pristine, prices are really good and I'm just wondering how long shipping normally takes with anyone who has had experience with them

 

Very reputable and awesome company. They're actually on this forum. I've used them for tons of orders.

My first order is waiting at the office for me when i get off work here in a bit. Cant wait to get them in the tank.

 

How Long can the animals survive in the shipping container, I'm worried if they get delivered and I'm not home when I get off work it'll be too late!

 

Good question. Mine were shipped tuesday and i will just be getting to them here in an hour. I guess we will see how they do.

 

I ordered a 75g w/hermits CUC from John and got my order a day earlier than I expected -- my fault, not theirs.

The order was delivered about noon and I was stuck in the office until to 9 pm the day they arrived (it was about 45 degrees that day.)

About 7pm or so after sitting outside my door for hours I called my 15 yo. daughter and talked her through the acclimation process. When i got home the Hermits and most of the snails were fine. Some of the snails did take a few days to come around but they did come around.

 

I got mine in the tank about an hour ago and they seem to be fine. Looks like 90% of them are moving around.

 

Sweet, as soon as I finish my treatment l plan on ordering my custom setup they recommended! Thanks guys
