I have a reeflo hammerhead pump. The intake and output are 1.5". Should I drill for a 1" bulkhead or should I drill for a 1.5" bulkhead?

If you are drilling anyway....could you drill 2 - 1" bulkheads . This would give you better flow in your tank and you won't be restricting flow from your pump as much.

You don't want to restrict the intake side , for the return it would be ok.

I am drilling the sump tank. The 2 tanks that will be plumbed to the hammerhead will be a 220 and a 65 both which have bean animal overflows.
