    If your holes are drilled you may have a problem with that as we use the Haywood bulkheads and they are 3/16th larger Outside Dai. then any standard reef ready tank holes .

    It's an acrylic sump with about a 1.5-2" hole. It needs to be 3.25 for a 2" bulkhead. So are you saying the problem will be making the hole bigger? Cracking?

    (Edit... also were you maybe thinking that I will be re-drilling a glass hole?)
