Reefs2Go experiences?

This thread might get locked but its the truth and everyone should know whats going on.

I had purchased an order with my dad in the last part of october. Most the order died off before getting here, well they thought it wise to resend the items with the group buy to be cheap and save on shipping. Well after getting all the stuff only have of it reshipped. Been fighting with this since october 26th almost a month later this is where I got. They gave me credit for 8 scarlet hermits after being instructed no credit will be accepted and to boot they will not ship items to me anymore? So im setting without do to a half rate business.

If someone els wants to place a order they can and add my stuff on but springfield isnt a slight drive down the road and everyone in this town that has a tank has been involved in this and pissed off just as much. So since im the one left fighting everyone els's battles on this order I cannot get my money back, my credits they JUST sent me and to boot they hung up on me after telling and than would not answer again. at 1 time they actually picked up and just hung back up and left the phone off the line for awhile so I couldnt call back!

Just so everyone knows how reefs 2 go really is im happy.

 

What exactly did you buy?

 

In what tone did you talk to them? Did you read their FAQs about how they handle things?

 

Well let me add

They shipped me a order in it was 2 pincusion urcins in plastic bags which they poked holes in the plastic water went everywhere and got the heat packs wet and everything died they sent me a replacment -the urchins shipment low and behold 3 of the other bags that where in there all leaked same as before everything dead sent them pics still waiting to here from them. Here is a pic of me squeezing the water out of a heat pack I sent them.
