NaCl Refract or NSW Refract & How do you Calibrate?

    Maybe you have one that has errors construction as well as being an NaCl refractometer if the error is more than .0017

    Hey all, I know this thread is quite old but what is your take on salinity probes as opposed to refractometers?

    i have the calibration fluid for my refractometer. I bought this one Marine Depot Aquarium Refractometer
    Is it a NaCl or NSW? Im confused? Do i calibrate it to 1.026 with the fluid or 1.028?:confused:
